UX Product Designer Senior / Expert
Location: Bielsko-Biała
Job description
- Create and improve products for world’s best services.
- Take responsibility for the user interface of part of the product: identify problems, propose solutions, recommend implementations,
- Create pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and original, eye-catching visual design.
- Deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic.
- Propose improvements to our quality bars and our standardized processes.
- Iterate daily by communicating daily with founder on new product ideas.
- Work with other designers to make sure style and branding is complementary across products and websites.
- Work with design systems to produce apps with an outstanding user-experience.
Requirements
- Great English verbal and writing communication skills (knowledge of English at min. B2- C1 level).
- Excellent portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies.
- 5+ completed, real projects.
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with background in Wireframing, User Experience and UI Design for web and mobile interfaces.
- Knowledge and ability to apply human-centered design practices.
- Good knowledge of cross-platform web/mobile usability standards and UI specifications.
- Ability to work well with customers/users.
- Talent to manage and eliminate conflict issues.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Ability to analyze the control results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
