JOIN OUR GLOBAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES TEAM IN POLAND


As a Success Factors Process Consultant, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with HR Processes and Analytics Team in India and Denmark. You will be responsible for supporting the design and process configurations and implementation of local and global processes.


The projects are implemented mainly in Scandinavia in cooperation with colleagues from Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. The use of modern design tools, systematic training, access to the latest technologies, ongoing cooperation with COWI specialists from Denmark, Sweden and Norway ensure interesting work and development opportunities.

Key activities in the role:
  • Support the implementation project of the full SuccessFactors suite, specifically focusing on Employee Central and involvement in other related modules and functionality

  • Support release activities, including assessment of need for change management & ad hoc support for local HR process experts/SME

  • Troubleshooting, advise and provide recommendations for HR process experts/SME’s

  • Ensure error corrections are performed either by the support partner or by HR process support team & also support HR users with the aim to make them self-sufficient

  • Monitor adherence to agreed global and local processes and ensure workbooks are kept updated by the support partner

  • Ensure execution of necessary testing in test systems before configuration is moved to production

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have strong analytical skills. You are structured and result oriented person. You are a team player with high focus on quality, thoroughness, keen business understanding and are good at building and maintaining relations.

  • You have a masters degree in any field & is certified in Employee Central

  • You have 2-4 years of experience working with SuccessFactors and have completed at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementation cycles

Furthermore, you are able to:
  • Continuously support the further development within the area of responsibility

  • Handle escalations from IT service desk

  • Communicate fluently in English 

  • Multitask and coordinate with local and global teams
