Junior IT Specialist - Helpdesk

You will be responsible for:
- First line of support; responding to and resolving technical issues at the companys European locations
- Performing software installations, hardware implementations, system rebuilds
- cooperation with external IT suppliers
- IT record keeping
What are the requirements?
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level)
- Experience in an internal IT department
- Good knowledge of network issues, Active Directory and Windows Server
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Proactive interest in IT area, attitude and willingness to develop IT skills and knowledge and the organization as a whole
- A flexible approach to problem solving and a "can do" attitude
- Communication, organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of cyber security and data protection rules and interest in these topics will be a plus
- Availability for business travel in Europe
