Finance Processes Improvement Lead

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams, establish and lead working group meetings to understand as-is, identify gaps/propose improvements, evaluate solution alternatives, prioritize requirements, identify and design data, and drive consensus to achieve agreed set of requirements. Resolve issues that arise for areas of responsibility while keeping in mind impacts to the project timeline and to other programs/projects
- Communicate status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders clearly
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to plan and deliver change management to ensure new processes and technology are deployed effectively and adopted by the organization
- Create a culture that integrates our associates to follow a continuous improvement process that achieves sustainable results
- Streamline our processes to improve efficiency in the team, increase profitability and organizational effectiveness
- Develop training material and coach functional teams on continuous improvement methodologies, etc.
- Prepare and deliver project plans, reports and propose recommendations to management
We need:
- Professionals with a university degree
- Proven record of process automation and improvement
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Accountable and goal-oriented personality
- Experience with large ERP platforms and finance processes, with an understanding of finance systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Detail and deadline oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and change management skills, with effective problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
