Your tasks:
- Supervise the work of engineering team (maintenance, design, process engineering and plant infrastructure).
- Coordinate and manage investment, innovation, infrastructure and efficiency projects.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Prepare product calculations in direct contact with customers.
- Drive cooperation with other production locations
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study.
- 3+ years’ of management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Polish and English.
- Preferred experience in plastic/rubber processing.
- Experience in multicultural and interdisciplinary production environment.
