Cost Engineering Manager

Your tasks:
- Prepare cost estimates for new projects.
- Provide target cost for purchasing negotiations to achieve annual cost reduction of >3% p.a.
- Analyze design costs in concept stage to define best cost design solution.
- Support sales with cost break down analysis and argumentation to customer.
- Provide Training to Commodity Managers and Buyers in cost analysis and negotiations.
- Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis reviews.
Your profile:
- Engineering degree i.e. mechanical engineer or similar.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in cost estimating >5 years.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Very good communication skills at all levels both internally and externally.
- Moderation and team leading experience and capabilities.
- Fluent English language skills mandatory, written and oral.
- Know how and experience with cost calculation software.
