For our 90+ people offices in Bielsko-Biała we look for a person to perform and manage sales activities and facilitate processes connected with portfolio management.

Sales Consultant

Location: śląskie / Bielsko-Biała

 

Job description

  • create, manage and apply the sales process ensuring its smooth and timely execution; coordinate the sales activities of all the people involved in the sales process (esp. emailing & teleconferencing)
  • actively participate in sales teleconferences - providing credibility-building business explanations & counsel for the people involved in the sales process (consultative / insight selling)
  • manage the entire sales cycle from identifying leads to negotiate contracts and close deals turning them into long term partnerships
  • develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple people in the account to improve the client onboarding process, increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell services
  • craft and deliver professional sales artefacts/collateral, incl. e-mails, e-mail templates, sales materials (CPD), proposals, contract templates, etc.
  • plan and drive the ongoing account strategy with CTLs /CLAs & clients
  • work with the Sales team/CTLs to prepare and deliver presentations introducing suggested solutions to existing clients
  • together with sales team and C&TLs deal with daily challenges in reg. to portfolio and people allocations
  • filter through incoming enquiries, register the enquiries in the CRM/sales records

Requirements

  • excellent data analysis, strategic thinking, presentation and problem solving skills
  • good listening and communications skills, including advanced command of English in speaking and writing (C1.1+)
  • great at building positive and professional working relationships with clients and development teams
  • knowledge of standards and methodologies related to sales process (e.g. SPIN, Insight, Value-based selling)
  • education at min. Bachelors degree level
  • 2-3 years of related professional working experience (sales, portfolio, project management)
