Recruitment Specialist with Serbian
Location: Bielsko-Biała

Duties:
- creation of job offers, using social network tools and database,
- contact with candidates in a Serbian language and conducting an initial screening,
- participation in international projects,
- verification of candidate’s skills and competencies based on interviews,
- implementation of the scheduled budget plans.
Requirements:
- several years of experience in a recruitment area (personal consulting, temporary work offices, SSC/BPO),
- knowledge of Serbian,
- advanced English,
- higher education degree would be an asset,
- a high level of self-motivation to achieve goals.
