Praca: IT Infrastructure Manager EE Cluster

Manage a team that is responsible for CL/FM local infrastructure for the EE cluster.
Local infrastructure refers to personal and work group computing related technologies including local area networks, desktops and laptops, wireless access points, printers, RF scanning technology, mobile devices, cell phone and smartphones, site servers, local phone service, invoicing and asset management.
This position manages multiple simultaneous projects and works closely with project managers, customers, service providers and Business Process teams to ensure IT projects are consistent and compliance with global standards and are delivered on time and within budget to IT PMM standards as applicable.

• Perform project oversight for local infrastructure projects and set priorities. Ensure that project milestones and deadlines achieved, within budget and in compliance with specifications
• Ensure local IT teams remain focused on the swift resolution of run & maintain issues and work toward a maintainable customer centric approach
• Interface with the major global and cluster teams to ensure successful project implementation and adherence to global standards
• Implement and support infrastructure standards for local area networks, desktop and laptops, wireless access points, printers, RF scanning technology, mobile devices, cell phone and smartphones, site Servers, local phone service and asset management
• Manage the procurement and implementation of technology needed for new customer contracts
• Manage local vendor contracts and relationships in support of the infrastructure technologies
• Manage local phone service, cell phone and smartphone deployment, billing and support in compliance with global standards
• Configure desktop and laptop computers in compliance to global image standards
• Manage local infrastructure budgets; provide detailed cost estimates for business, cluster and global infrastructure projects
• Ensure billing completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure local infrastructure documented and documentation standards followed
• Interface with Business Development on potential new business. Looking for opportunities and communicating these
• Ensure local infrastructure support is in line with business KPI"s
• Bi-Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting as require to Zone VP IT Infrastructure Services
• Development and recruitment of resource in line with Local, Regional and Global policies

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related job experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in technology management
• Strong project management skills and experience. Well versed with business processes and the software development life cycle
• Experience in the areas of vendor management, resource management and service level agreements
• A wide base of extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, systems management, messaging software, security, hardware, interoperability techniques and standards
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience
• Ability to manage local and remote teams of people
• Ability to manage stress well under difficult situations and when dealing with production issues and project deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, ownership and accountability are also critical
• Very good knowledge of Polish and good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• Ability to frequent travels within Poland and E&CE
