Financial Compliance Professional
Location: Bielsko-Biała

Your task will be to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations by means of balance sheet and reporting reviews as well as identification and implementation of corrective actions in case of discrepancies for 5 locations in Poland and 9 in Europe.
Expectations:
- have a University degree (economics, law or similar),
- have a minimum 3-year on-hands experience in preparing statements/reports,
- have an accounting/auditing/controlling or financial background,
- have professional experience in industry (preferably automotive),
- have good understanding of accounting standards and tax law,
- have experience in risk analysis and compliance reviews,
- have experience in the development and implementation of corrective actions,
- have work experience in an international, corporate environment,
- have an advanced knowledge of Excel,
- be proficient in English (B2/C1),
- be very analytical and have an eye for detail,
- be creative about coming up with solutions and action plans,
- be able to handle difficult situations with self-assurance and diplomacy,
- be autonomous and self-driven.
