Accountant
Miejsce pracy: Bielsko-Biała
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role focuses on running Czech accounting activities with regards to local and company process
- Coordinating booking of GL entries, tax and accounting documents with accounting services provider
- Preparing month-end journal entry
- Monthly cash and bank reconciliation
- Financial statement preparation, CIT calculation
- Preparation of monthly VAT reports and timely control payments to the Tax Authority (advances for income tax)
- Preparing of weekly AR report and CF report
- Coordinating payments to the suppliers
- Preparing reports for Statistics office
- Support Operation and Sales departments in all relevant issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance and Accounting
- 2-3 years" experience in accounting department
- Intermediate in English language, written and verbally
- Knowledge of Czech language will be an asset
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work both in autonomy and within a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in working in Shared Services structures will be an asset
